LASIK was the worst decision of my life, it felt like a thousand needles sticking my eyes. They market it like it’s painless but it’s not. The suction ring felt like it pulled my eyes out of their socket. LASIK promotes permanent conditions with no cure:
-Dry Eye Syndrome
-Double Vision
-Night Halos/Starbursts
-Depression
-Loss of Visual Acuity

From there, the daily permanent DES Dry Eye Syndrome is about intolerable as each year it gets worse. The industry knows this, but will say anything to you in order to get your $5,000.
Still worth it - I am fed up of wearing glasses and contacts, and I won’t be put off by scaremongers.
